1. Return Eligibility
Since our products belong to the food and perishable category, we generally do not accept returns. However, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or tampered with during transit.
- The product has expired by the time of delivery.
- You received an incorrect item instead of what you ordered.
2. Initiation Process
To request a return or refund, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please provide your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your claim is validated, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you opted for Cash on Delivery, our team will provide a payout link to your registered mobile number.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during flash sales, clearance, or using specific discount codes may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
